摘要
为了防止由于仪控设备故障导致设备误动或拒动,文章对HOLLIAS平台和MELTAC平台输出的近2万个信号进行采集分析,并针对涉及重要控制、保护信号的质量位和缺省值进行研究,确保送DCS信号失效后,立即产生报警信号,并采取相应机组控制措施,同时,迅速启动正确且合理的缺省值使机组维持安全稳定运行。
To prevent malfunction or refusal of the equipment due to malfunction of the instrument, this paper collected and analyzed nearly 20 thousand signals output from HOLLIAS platform and MELTAC platform, and studied the quality bits and default values of important control signals.To ensure that when the DCS signal is invalidation,the alarm signal would be generated immediately,and the corresponding unit control measures were adopted.Meanwhile ,the correct and reasonable defaults were started to ensure the safety and stability of the unit.
