摘要
汽车座椅是汽车重要的组成部分,不仅能够给乘客提供一个比较舒适的乘车环境,而且发生交通事故的时候,能够起到保护乘客的人身安全。文章主要分析了汽车座椅高度调节器的结构及工作原理、失效模式,并对汽车座椅高度调节器核心构件的销柱进行优化,能极大的改善座椅高度调机器的抗疲劳能力,提高座椅的强度,效果比较明显。
Car seats are an important part of the car, not only to provide passengers with a more comfortable ride environment, and the oeeurrence of traffic accidents, can play to protect the personal safety of passengers.This paper mainly analyzed the structure and working principle and failure mode of the car seat height adjuster,and optimized the pin of the core structure of the car seat height adjuster, which can greatly improve the anti-fatigue ability of the seat height, improve the strength of the seat, the effect is more obvious.
