摘要
文章采取文本分析和问卷调查法,分析工商管理专业大学生就业胜任力存在的问题及现状,调查其就业力水平的胜任力标准,通过结合实际情况建立选取恰当的胜任力因子建立工商管理专业大学生就业胜任力模型,共包括六个维度,涵盖了29项胜任力因子。进而从政府、高校和工商管理专业大学生自身三方面来提出合理的建议,提升工商管理专业大学生就业胜任力,更好缓解就业压力。
This paper analyzed the existing problems and the current situation of the employment ability of the college students in the business administration, took the textual analysis and the questionnaire survey, analyzed the competency standard of the employment force level,established the appropriate competency factor through the combination of the actual situation, established the employment of the college students.The competency model consists of six dimensions, covering 29 competency factors,and then from the government, universities and business management students in three aspects to put forward reasonable suggestions to enhance the business management college students employment competencies, better alleviate the employment pressure.
