摘要
文章以HL磷矿为例,研究中小磷矿安全避险六大系统建设方案。文章对HL磷矿供水施救系统采用静压法进行较详细的水力计算;对压风自救系统进行管网计算和空压机校核。还结合中小磷矿矿山实际,对紧急避险系统、监测监控系统(含环境监测、地压监测及视频监控)、通信联络系统及人员定位系统进行了切合实际的设计研究,制定出具体的HL磷矿安全避险"六大系统"建设方案。该方案已通过专家评审,可以达到避免事故发生或在事故发生时尽可能减少人身伤害或财产损失之目的。同时,也为其它矿山安全避险"六大系统"的建设提供借鉴意义。
This paper took HL phosphate as an example to study the construction scheme of the safety hedge "six system" of small and medium phosphate mines.This paper focused on the hydraulic calculation of the water rescue system of HL phosphate mine in detail.The calculation of the compressed-air self-help system and the check of air compressor were carried out.This paper also integrated the actual situation of the small and medium-sized phosphate mine to design the emergency refuge system,monitoring and supervision system (including environmental monitoring,ground pressure monitoring and video monitoring), communication system and personnel regional positioning system, and worked out a specific safety of apatite in HL "six systems" construction scheme.The programme had been approved by experts to avoid the occurrence of accidents or to minimize personal injury or property damage as much as possible in the event of an accident.At the same time, it also provided reference significance for the construction of Safety Hedge "Six System" for other mines.
