文章从直接产生关联的设备本身、人员技能到管理层面等多个角度分析了低压配变运行和管理上存在的问题,再分别从这几个角度给出了解决的建议和改进手段。
This paper analyzed the problems existing in the operation and management of low voltage distribution transformer from several aspects, such as the equipment itself, personnel skills, management level, etc., and then gave the solutions and improvement measures from these angles.
