摘要
根据教师自主性的内涵,探究教师自主性的缺失,其表现为教学缺乏个性特色、缺乏反思和行动研究。针对自主性缺失的现象,分析了教育体制与教育环境、教师知识结构、激励机制与评价机制等方面的影响因素。文章最后指出:只有转变教育观念,不断充实和完善学科与跨学科知识,积极反思和开展行动研究,大学英语教师才能实现教师自主。
Based on the connotation of teachers' autonomy, the lack of college English teachers' autonomy is explored, which involves the lack of personal distinguishing features, teaching reflection and action re- search. The influencing factors which include educational system and environment, teachers' knowledge structure, and incentive and evaluation system are analyzed. Finally it is proposed that the teachers~ auton- omy can be realized through the changes of educational concept, enrichment of discipline and interdiscipli- nary knowledge, active teaching reflection and action research.
