就业创业指导对策研究

Study on the Guidance of Employment and Entrepreneurship

随着社会经济的发展,社会对人才的需求不断的增加,但是当今大学生就业结构和就业模式等问题的不断凸现,使我国大学生的就业创业也面临着各方面的挑战。通过走访调查了解学生的真实情况,结合近几年的就业人数及其增长率对大学生就业创业的现状进行分析,指出大学生就业创业主要模式存在的问题,并从学生个人、高校以及政府三个方面提出相应的解决问题的对策。

The social demand for talents is on the increase with the sevelopment of social economy, but the Chinese college students are faced with great challenges in the employment when various Problems are emerging in the employment structure, mployment mode and etc. The study, bused on the on-the-spot in- vestigation of real employment situation, tries to get a complete understanding of student employment in recent years, and in combination with the employ ment volume and grorth rate, analyses the current situa- tion about college students＂ employment and entrepreneurship, thus to pinpoint the main existing problems in unversity students＂ employment mode, and to put forth the counter measures from three aspecls, students, unversities and government.
