在劳动力市场中,存在着大学生供大于求的结构性矛盾。从应用型高校培养人才的内容结构进行分析,在专业设置、教学标准、人才培养方案、课程内容及人才培养的数质量等方面,不同程度地与劳动力市场中的需求脱节,因此有必要从供给侧对应用型高校人才培养的内容结构进行调整改革,并采取相应配套措施,确保人才培养质量,以适应需求侧的诉求,通过有效供给提高就业率和就业质量,从而实现大学生在劳动力市场中的供需平衡。

In the labor market, there is a structural contradiction that undergraduates are beyond the requirements. After an analysis on the content structure of application - oriented talents cultivation for eolleges and universities, we＇ ve found elements like major settings, teaching standard, talents cuhivation programs, course content, quantity and quality of talents cultivation, etc, which comes apart with the requirement of the labor market. Therefore, it＇ s necessary to adjust and reform the content structure of application- oriented talents cultivation for colleges and universities from the perspective of the supply -side. What＇ s more, relevant supporting measures should be taken to ensure the talents quality in order to adapt to the requirement of the demand - side. The rate and quality of employment can be improved through effective supply. As a resuh, the aim of making a balance between the supply - side and the demand -side in the labor market can be achieved.
