肺癌中细胞外囊泡的研究进展

摘要 细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles,EVs)是细胞旁分泌产生的一种亚细胞成分,主要分为外泌体(exosome)、微囊泡(microvesicle)两种类型,正常细胞和肿瘤细胞均可分泌EVs。肺癌细胞分泌的EVs参与肺癌生物学功能和肿瘤微环境调节,对肺癌的发生发展发挥重要作用。由于EVs包含的物质及特殊的分子结构决定其在肺癌的早期诊断、作为免疫调节剂、化疗药物载体等方面具有独特的临床应用价值,因此本篇综述主要介绍肺癌中EVs研究的进展,为肺癌的早期诊断、治疗及预后提供重要的依据。
