摘要
我国大学生就业政策的变革充分体现了政策"去身份化"的过程;从"统包统分"到"自主择业"再到"大众创业"对应着我国大学生就业政策的"身份本位"、"身份淡化"和"身份剥离"。在"政策惯性"的视角下,我国大学生就业政策的"去身份化"仍然存在亟待解决的遗留问题。
Since the founding of the People's Republic, the graduates" employment system goes from unified job assignments to self-employment under two-way selection. In this course, university students" statuses change from "an unusually lucky person" to "a peasantry-wageworker". The tremendous fall of status result in self-identity puzzle and subsistence-embarrassment of university students. In order to solve this problem, the new system of graduates" employment should ensure the reasonable rights and interests of graduates, and not endow graduates with prerogative status.
