应用转型背景下地方本科院校教师社会服务文化变革 被引量:3

The Reformation of Local Universtiy Teachers' Social Service Culture in the Background of Application Transformation

摘要 当前,地方本科院校能有效应对应用转型的教师社会服务文化尚未成熟。为达成培养应用型人才的目标,地方本科院校需要构建契合应用型人才培养时示的教师社会服务的价值文化、制度文化和行为文化,通过设立教师社会服务文化培育基金,组织教师社会服务价值的讲解与研讨,在制度中渗透教师社会服务的规定,以及赋予成功从事社会服务工作教师崇高地位和学校部分资源分配的权利等方式,不断推动教师社会服务文化的变革和创新。 Local university teachers" social service culture is not yet mature which cannot effectively cope with the application transformation. To answer the challenge of the applicaiton transformation, local university should construct the cultural patterns of teachers" social service culture which matches the application transformation concluding value culture, system culture and behaviour culture. The ways to construct the cultural patterns of local university teachers" social services contains four points. The first is setting the funds for constructing the cultural patterns of teachers" social services. The second is organizing the explanation and discussion for the value of teachersj social services. The third is permeation the rules of teachersj social services into inner system of local university. The last is giving high standings and the power for allocating resource of teachers" social services to teachers whom are outstanding of persons for social services.
