针刀对股内侧肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征触发点模型大鼠肌组织乙酰胆碱含量的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Acupotomy Intervention on Acetylcholine Content in Femoral Medial Muscle Tissue of Rats with Myofascial Trigger Point Pain

摘要 目的:观察针刀对股内侧肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征触发点(MTrP)模型大鼠肌组织乙酰胆碱含量的影响。方法:将64只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、利多卡因组、针刀组,每组16只。采用"打击结合离心运动法"建立肌筋膜疼痛综合征触发点动物模型。采用酶联免疫检测触发点肌组织内乙酰胆碱的含量。结果:模型组触发点肌组织内的乙酰胆碱含量明显高于空白组(P<0.05);针刀组和利多卡因组触发点肌组织内的乙酰胆碱含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05);针刀组与利多卡因组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刀可降低大鼠肌筋膜疼痛触发点处肌组织的乙酰胆碱含量,这可能是针刀治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的重要机制之一。 Objective: To observe the effect of acupotomy therapy on the changes of Acetylcholine(AcE) in the femoral medial muscle tissue of rats with myofascial trigger point pain(MTrP).Methods: The sixty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,acupotomy group and lidocaien group,with sixteen rats in each group.The MTr P model was established by "crushed plus eccentric exercise" for eight weeks.On the seven days after modeling,the femoral medial muscle tissue was taken to measure the contents of AcE by ELISA.Results: The comparison of Ac E among each group was that the model group was increased compared with the normal control group(P〈0.05),the acupotomy group was decreased compared with the model group(P〈0.05),the lidocaien group was decreased compared with the model group,there was no significant difference between the acupotomy group and the lidocaine group(P〉0.05).Conclusion: Acupotomy therapy can reduce the acetylcholine content of the muscle tissue at the trigger point.This may be one of the important mechanisms of acupotomy therapy myofascial pain syndrome.
