蒙药五根油剂对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究蒙药五根油剂的抗衰老作用。方法:将60只昆明小鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为5组,即正常组、模型组、蒙药五根油剂低剂量组和高剂量组、维生素E组,除正常对照组外,其余各组均采用颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖,150 mg/(kg·d),建立亚急性衰老模型,同时分别灌胃给药蒙药五根油剂低剂量[0.8 g/(kg·d)]、高剂量[3.2 g/(kg·d)]和维生素E[0.86 mg/(kg·d)]。连续给药7周后处死动物,测定血清和脑组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化;检测脾脏和胸腺指数变化。结果:蒙药五根油剂各给药组可显著提高衰老小鼠血清及脑组织中的SOD、GSH-px含量,降低MDA含量;降低脾脏指数和胸腺指数,其中高剂量组的作用优于低剂量组。结论:蒙药五根油剂可明显提高衰老小鼠抗氧化能力,具有抗衰老作用。 Objective: To study the anti-aging effect of Mongolian medicine Wugen Youji.Methods: The 60 Kunming mouse(half male and female) were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group,model group,Mongolian medicine Wugen Youji low dose group and high dose group,vitamin E group.Except the normal control group,the other groups were subcutaneously injected with D-galactose,150 mg/(kg·d),to establish subacute aging model,and intragastric administration of Mongolian medicine Wugen Youji low dose group,high dose group and positive control group of vitamin E,dosage was 0.8 g/(kg·d),3.2 g/(kg·d),0.86 mg/(kg·d).Sacrificed after administration of 7 consecutive weeks,detect content change of superoxide dismutaseb(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum and brain tissues; changes of spleen and thymus index.Results: Mongolian medicine Wugen Youji each dose group can significantly improve the content of SOD and GSH-px,decreased MDA in serum and brain tissues; decreased the spleen index and thymus index,the effect of high dose group is better than the low dose group.Conclusion: Mongolian medicine Wugen Youji can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of aging mouse,indicate that has anti-aging effect.
