摘要
目的:研究独脚金提取物的抗炎镇痛作用及部分作用机制。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀、醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应、小鼠热板法实验观察独脚金提取物抗炎镇痛作用,通过酶联免疫吸附法测定炎性组织中一氧化氮(NO)、前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量。结果:独脚金提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀、醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有显著的抑制作用,对小鼠热刺激痛阈值有一定的提高作用,对炎性组织中NO、PGE_2、TNF-α含量有一定的降低作用。结论:独脚金提取物具有显著的抗炎作用和一定的镇痛作用,其抗炎作用是通过抑制炎症介质和促炎症因子的分泌而实现的。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect and mechanism of the extractive of Striga Asiatica.Methods: The pain models were induced by aceticacid,the hot-plate tests,the Swelling auricles caused by Xylol and swelling paws induced by dextranin mice were used to observe the pain relieving and anti-inflammatory effects,the enzyme linked immune sorbent assay were used separately to measure nitrogen monoxide(NO),prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2) and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α) in inflammatory tissue.Results: There were significant differences between negative control group and the extractive of Striga asiatica in four types of models.The contents of NO,PGE_2 and TNF-α were decreased in the inflammatory tissues.Conclusion: Striga asiatica has effect of anti-inflammation and analgesic.The anti-inflammation function may be related to its suppression of NO,PGE_2 and TNF-α.
