改良PNF技术配合龙氏正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Improved PNF combined with Long's Bone-setting Manipulations on Cervical Type of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:探讨改良神经肌肉本体感觉促进技术(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,PNF)配合龙氏正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将120例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例予改良PNF技术配合龙氏正骨手法治疗,对照组60例予龙氏正骨手法治疗,两组均治疗1个疗程(5次)。观察并记录治疗前后VAS评分、压痛积分、Borden氏法测量颈椎曲度、表面肌电图(surfaceelectromyography,s EMG)等的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后VAS评分、压痛积分均显著降低(P<0.01),Borden值、表面肌电信号均增加(P<0.05)。两组治疗后比较,治疗组VAS评分、压痛积分均低于对照组,Borden值、表面肌电图均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良PNF技术配合龙氏正骨手法可改善颈型颈椎病患者症状,并且优于单纯使用龙氏正骨手法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of improved PNF combined with Long＇s bone-setting manipulations on cervical type of cervical spondylosis.Methods： The 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group 60 cases were treated with improved PNF technique with Long＇s bone-setting manipulation,60 patients in control group were given Long＇s bone-setting manipulation,two groups were treated for 1 courses（5 times）.The changes of VAS score,tenderness score,Borden＇s measurement of cervical curvature,surface electromyography（s EMG） were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results： After treatment,the scores of VAS and tenderness in the two groups were significantly decreased（P〈 0.01）,and the Borden value and the surface electromyography were increased（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the VAS score and tenderness score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the Borden value and surface electromyography were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The improved PNF combined with Long＇s bone-setting manipulations on cervical type of cervical spondylosis have positive clinical effect,and better than only use of Long＇s bone-setting manipulations.
