摘要 目的探讨下腰痛患者脊柱活动度和等长肌力分别与腰痛ODI评分之间的相关性。方法对56例下腰痛患者出院时和出院后1个月复查时分别进行脊柱活动度、最大等长肌力测试以及ODI评分,计算复查时与出院时脊柱活动度、等长肌力的差值分别与ODI评分差值之间的相关性。结果 ODI评分与腰椎左右侧屈活动度的改善、左右侧屈和左右侧旋肌群等长肌力的改善以及右侧旋/左侧旋肌群力量平衡性的改善具有相关性。结论脊柱的侧屈活动度以及腰部侧屈、侧旋肌群力量以及左右侧旋肌群的力量平衡性可以反映腰及下肢的运动功能。康复训练中,亦应考虑侧屈和侧旋肌群的活动度、力量及其平衡性。 Objective To investigate the correlations between spinal mobility, maximal isometric strength and the lumbar dysfunction ODI scores among patients with low back pain. Methods The spinal mobility, maximal isometric strength and ODI scores of 56 subjects with lumbar disc herniation were measured respective the hospital and during their revisit one month after discharge. The extent of improvement ly of upon their discharge from spinal mobility, maximal isometric strength and ODI scores was analyzed. Results The improved ODI scores were positively correlated with the improvement of the lumbar lateral flexion ROM and the maximal isometric strength of lateral flexion and rotation and the strength balance of rotation. Conclusion The ROM of lumbar lateral flexion, strength of lumbar lateral flexion and rotation muscles and the muscle balance of rotation muscles have correlations with the muscle function of lumbar and lower extremities. The ROM and strength of lateral flexion and rotation should be taken into consideration during rehabilitation exercises
