首钢热轧酸洗板的研制与开发

介绍了首钢推拉式酸洗生产线的工艺流程、主要设备、热轧酸洗产品的技术要求以及首钢热轧酸洗板的研制与开发情况。根据客户的使用要求，结合生产设备，首钢研制与开发了一系列热轧酸洗产品，含压缩机用钢和汽车结构用钢等，并实现了双相钢和高扩孔钢等先进高强钢产品的批量供货。

The technological processes, main equipments, technical requirements of push-pull pickled line and development of hot-rolled pickled plates in Shougang were introduced. According to the requirements of customers and combined with the production equipments, a serial of hot-rolled pickled plates , which included air-compressor steels and automobile steels, were developed in Shougang and dual-phase steels and high hole expansion steels were realized mass supplies.
