摘要
本文介绍了一种应用于电子对抗领域的2~18GHz超宽带接收前端的设计。首先介绍了设计方案,并针对接收前端噪声系数、增益、灵敏度等技术指标进行了设计与分析。电路设计突出小型化和高集成度,电路基于MCM多芯片微组装技术,结构上采用一体化模块化设计,便于整机集成。
Design of an ultra wideband( 2 - 18 GHz) receiving front-end which can be used for electronic countermeasure( ECM) is presented. Design scheme is introduced; noise figure,gain,and sensitivity of the receiving front-end are designed and analyzed. Based on multi-chip micro-package( MCM) technology,the circuit design features miniaturized and high integration; integrated and modularized design in structure,which make the whole unit be easy for integration.
