摘要
CE102是无人机载雷达内场电磁兼容性测试重要项目之一,目的是定量测试雷达电源线10kHz^10MHz频段内对外骚扰强度。针对某无人机载雷达电源模块在内场进行CE102测试中多点超标的问题,在说明内部电路原理基础上对存在的干扰源进行了分析,根据电磁干扰基本原理有针对性地采取了一系列干扰源抑制措施和耦合抑制措施,改进后的电源模块传导发射电平在0.5~10MHz有超过30dB的下降,并通过了CE102测试。所采用的传导抑制措施容易实施且具有通用性,为类似机载电子设备工程设计提供了参考。
CE102 is one of the most important items in depot test of UVA-borne radar,purpose of the test is to quantitatively measure external interference intensity of radar power line within 10 kHz - 10 MHz band. CE102 test results of a UVA-borne radar power module show that conducted emission at multiple test points exceeds the limits.To suppress the conducted emission,internal circuit principle and the interference sources are analyzed. Based on basic principle of electromagnetic interference,a serial of interference source suppression and coupling suppression measures are taken. After improvement,the conducted emission is reduced by more than 30 dB in frequency range of 0. 5 MHz to 10 MHz,and the module passes the CE102 test. The conducted emission suppression measures are easy for implementation and have versatility,which can provide reference for engineering design of airborne electronic equipment.
