裂缝波导端头加工多工位集成快换装夹系统的开发及应用

摘要 针对裂缝波导端头加工的需求,开发了一种多工位集成的快换装夹系统,结构简单、定位夹紧快速,能够一次装夹2件工件,实现了铣两端台阶、铣法兰端面、法兰端面钻孔3种工序装夹定位模块的集成,能够实现快速、高效的更换各装夹模块,更换工件速度快。解决了裂缝波导铣两端台阶、铣法兰端面工序完全依赖大型五面体龙门加工中心和法兰端面钻孔需站于4米高台操作的问题。 A multi-point integrated quick fixture changing system is developed in order to meet requirement of slot waveguide end processing. The system features simple structure and quick positioning/fixing,two work pieces can be fixed at one time,fixing and positioning modules for three kinds of processing,i. e. machining of steps at two ends,flange end and drilling on flange end can be integrated,therefore various fixture modules can be changed quickly and effectively,work pieces can be changed at high speed. Machining of steps at two ends of slot waveguide,flange end and drilling on flange end can be achieved by using this system instead of totally depend on large pentahedron gantry machining-center and standing on 4 m high platform for drilling on flange end.
