摘要
通过选用合适刀具、设备,摸索出最优机械钻孔工艺参数,提出了微小深孔数控高速钻削加工的新技术,解决了φ0.3深15mm的微小深孔加工难题。
Through selecting proper drilling tools and equipment,and by using optimum mechanical drilling parameters,a new technology for digitally-controlled high-speed drilling of deep tiny holes is put forward,difficulty of machining deep tiny hole with φ0. 3 and depth of 15 mm is overcame.
