重视Fuchs异色性虹膜睫状体炎的研究

Pay attention to the study of Fuchs's variant iris and ciliary body inflammation

Fuchs异色性虹膜睫状体炎(FHI)是一种慢性眼内炎性疾病,易并发白内障及继发性青光眼,因为临床表现不典型,容易造成误诊。该病的发病机制尚不明确,多数学者认为FHI可能是由不同的病因所致的一组有共同临床症状的疾病。本文中笔者着重介绍该病的临床表现、诊断标准以及对并发症治疗方法的新进展。

Fuchs＇ Heterochromic Iridocyclitis is achronicintraocular inflammatory disease,andthe complications includes cataract and glaucoma. Because of its various clinic features,FHI is easy to be misdiagnosed. The pathogenesis of the disease is unclear,up-to-date study showed that the common clinical symptoms may be caused bydifferentpathogenic mechanisms. This review aims to highlight the clinical features,diagnostic criteria and treatment options ofcomplications.
