葶苈子及其混淆品的扫描电镜鉴别

Identification of Tinglizi and its adulterants by scanning electron microscope

共有13种十字花科植物的种子在各地以葶苈子之名入药,另有2种文献记载品种调查中未见。本文利用扫描电镜对这些种子的形状和种皮显微特征进行了比较观察,葶苈子正品与混淆品之间均有明显差异,可作为鉴别依据。

15 species of plant seeds are used with the sameChinese name of Tinglizi. This article reports theresults of observation of the seeds by scanning electronmicroscope. The contour of the seeds and characteristicfeatures of the surface are intensively compared,and the conclution is helpful to distinguish genuineTinglizi from its adulterants.
