安全实物培训教室建设及在企业安全培训中的实际应用

通过建立实物培训教室,加强了安全培训教育力度,改变了传统培训模式下的只是听的模式。示范培训可以为学员提供一个犹如身临其境的现场感受,使其认识相关风险,了解控制措施,熟悉相关程序,并通过相关事故案例使学员在未来工作中形成风险思考的习惯,有效避免事故的发生。介绍了实物培训教室建设背景、功能作用及各模块区具体培训内容,以动火作业区模块为例阐述了实物培训实践所取得的效果。

The establishment of physical safety training classroom largely strengthens the safety training effects;the traditional training mode is changed. Demonstration training can provide a scene for students to feel personally,to understand the relevant risks and control measures and to be familiar with the relevant procedures; and through the relevant accident analysis,the students can form risk thinking work habits; this can avoid accidents effectively. This paper introduces the background of constructing physical training classroom,its function and specific training content in each module. The module of hot work area is thoroughly introduced with examples. Finally,the effects obtained through physical training practice are elaborated.
