摘要
海上作业环境恶劣,设备复杂,作业人员较多,尤其是测井作业涉及到放射源等高风险情况。PCL测井是一种运用小尺寸钻杆输送仪器的测井方法,运用预先危险性分析方法对PCL测井作业进行安全管理,辨别出风险隐患,从"人、机、料、法、环"五方面因素提出风险控制措施,有效保证了现场测井作业安全顺利进行。
Operationg environment on the sea is very harsh; the equipment is complex and more operators are involved. Logging operations in particular involve high-risk radioactive sources. PCL logging is a logging method using small-size drill pipe to convey instruments. Preliminary Hazard Analysis( PHA) method is applied for the safety management of PCL logging operation to identify the potential risks. Risk control measures are presented from five aspects covering man,machine,material,method and environment,which ensures the safe and smooth site logging operation effectively.
