摘要
通过分析高酸原油加工废水中环烷酸钠含量高、油含量高的特点,论述了高酸油加工废水与氧化沟运行过程中存在泡沫、去除效率低、污泥上浮等问题的相关性,得出废水的乳化、可生化性差的问题主要是由环烷酸钠引起的,氧化沟产生的泡沫主要是由丝状菌捕获环烷酸钠的气泡引起的,氧化沟存在的泡沫、去除COD和氨氮效率与废水中的油含量密切相关;针对废水的性质和氧化沟运行情况提出了改进的措施,为高酸原油加工企业治理废水提供了依据。
By analyzing the characteristics of high content of naphthenate and high oil content in the wastewater from high acid crude oil processing,this paper discusses the relevance of foam,low removal efficiency and sludge floating between the wastewater from high acid crude processing and operation of oxidation ditch. It is found out that the problems of emulsification of wastewater and poor biodegradability are mainly caused by sodium naphthenate; the foam generated from the oxidation ditch mainly results from capturing of sodium naphthenate by filamentous bacteria; the foam existing in the oxidation ditch,the efficiency of COD and ammonia-nitrogen removal is closely related to the oil content in the wastewater. This paper puts forward the measures for improvement according to the nature of the wastewater and the operation of the oxidation ditch. This provides the basis for the wastewater treatment of high acid crude processing enterprises.
