锦州石化公司苯乙烯车间清洁生产方案探究

RESEARCH ON THE CLEANER PRODUCTION SCHEME OF THE STYRENE WORKSHOP OF JINZHOU PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY

介绍了清洁生产的概念、国内发展现状、重大意义,以及苯乙烯车间目前环保及清洁生产方面的实际情况、存在问题和改进措施。阐述了通过过程控制实现清洁生产的最终方案。通过量化的方式对装置的主要环境问题进行分析,提出了4个类型12项具体措施,为车间实现节能、降耗、减污、增效提供技术支撑。随着方案的逐项落实,取得了可观的经济效益,同时为清洁生产工作在车间长期、持续地推进提供了有力保障。

This paper introduces the concept of cleaner production,current development at home and its significance. It also introduces the current situation,existing problems and improving measures for the environmental protection and clean production of the styrene workshop. The paper expounds the final scheme for realization of cleaner production through process control. Aiming at the main environmental problems in the plan,this paper makes a cause analysis through quantitative way. Then it puts forward four types of twelve specific measures to provide technical support for the workshop to realize energy saving,consumption reducing,pollution reducing and efficiency improving. Along with the implementation of the scheme step by step,considerable economic benefits have been obtained. Meanwhile,this provides strong guarantee for carrying out the long-term and continuous work for cleaner production in the workshop.
