摘要 目的优选天麻中天麻素与对羟基苯甲醇的超声提取工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定天麻中天麻素与对羟基苯甲醇的含量,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比为考察因素,以天麻中天麻素与对羟基苯甲醇的含量为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为提取溶剂50%乙醇,提取时间15 min,料液比1∶20。结论该提取工艺具有效率高、时间短、能耗低、环保等优点,可为天麻中天麻素与对羟基苯甲醇的工业化生产和新药开发提供依据。 Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of gastrodin and 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in Gastrodia elata Blume. Methods A HPLC method was established to determine the content of gastrodin and 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in Gastrodia elata Blume. Ethanol concentration,extraction time and material liquid ratio were selected as the investigation factors,and the contents of gastrodin and 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in Gastrodia elata Blume were studied as indexes,L9( 3^4) orthogonal test was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows: extraction solvent of 50% ethanol,extraction time of 15 min,and material liquid ratio of 1∶ 20. Conclusion The extraction process has the advantages of high efficiency,short time,low energy consumption and environmental protection,which could provide basis for industrialized production and development of gastrodin and 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in Gastrodia elata Blume.
