摘要
目的:分析对高血压患者进行综合护理的效果。方法:选择四川省泸州市纳溪区中医医院于2016年8月至2017年2月期间收治的78例高血压患者作为本研究的对象。随机将这78例患者分为甲组(n=39)和乙组(n=39)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,采用常规护理模式对甲组患者进行护理,采用综合护理模式对乙组患者进行护理,然后比较两组患者中血压达标患者所占的比例、对护理的满意率、SAS评分、SDS评分及其住院的时间。结果:接受护理后,乙组患者中血压达标患者所占的比例及其对护理的满意率均高于甲组患者,其SAS评分和SDS评分均低于甲组患者,其住院的时间短于甲组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压患者进行综合护理的效果十分理想,能降低其血压的水平,改善其不良情绪,缩短其住院的时间,提高其对护理的满意度。
Objective： To analyze effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for the patients with hypertension.Methods：78 patients with hypertension from August 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into group A （ n =39 ） and group B （ n =39 ） .Base on routine treatment, treat group A with routine group A, treat group B with comprehensive nursing intervention. Compare proportion of the patients whose blood pressure reached to standard, satisfaction rate, SAS score, SDS score, length to stay of 2 groups. Results： After nursing, the proportion of the patients whose blood pressure reached to standard of group B and satisfaction rate of group B are higher than group A, SAS score and SDS score of group B are lower than group A, and length to stay of group B is shorter than group A（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treat the patients with hypertension with comprehensive nursing intervention have a good effect, comprehensive nursing intervention make a good effect on improve bad emotion and satisfaction rate of patients, shorten length to stay.
