F127对MoO3/Al2O3结构及其催化氧化脱除苯并噻吩性能的影响

摘要 以PEO-PPO-PEO三嵌段共聚物(F127,Ma=12 600)为表面活性剂,与铝源AlCl_3通过原位合成法制备了F127-MoO_3/Al_2O_3催化剂,并对催化剂进行了FT-IR、XRD、FE-SEM和N_2吸附-脱附等表征。考察了不同反应条件对模型油催化氧化脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,表面活性剂F127的加入促进了MoO_3在Al_2O_3表面的高度分散,提高了催化剂的比表面积、平均孔径和孔容;对于10.0 m L模型油(硫质量分数为400μg/g),在催化剂质量为0.06 g,氧化剂用量为0.03 m L,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为23 min时,苯并噻吩(BT)的脱除率接近100%,BT被氧化成BTO_2;催化剂重复使用5次后,仍具有较高活性。 F127-Mo O3/Al2O3 catalysts are prepared by the in-situ synthesis method using PEO-PPO-PEO tri-block copolymer( F127,Ma = 12 600) as surfactant and AlCl3 as aluminum source.The prepared catalysts are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR),X-ray diffraction( XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope( FE-SEM) and N2 adsorption-desorption.The influences of different reaction conditions on the oxidative desulfurization of model oil are investigated.The result shows that the addition of F127 as surfactant promotes MoO3 to disperse highly on the surface of Al2O3,which increases the specific surface area,average pore size and pore volume of the catalysts.For10. 0 m L model oil with mass fraction of sulfur at 400 μg·g^(-1),benzothiophene in the model oil can be almost totally removed under the conditions that the dosage of catalyst is 0. 06 g,dosage of oxidant is 0. 03 m L,the reaction temperature at 70℃ and reaction time being 23 min.Benzothiophene is converted into benzothiophene dioxide.The catalytic activity of prepared catalysts remains still good after five times repeated uses.
