低温制备螺旋纳米碳纤维的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以酒石酸铜为前驱体,氮气为保护气,乙炔为碳源,采用化学气相沉积法在250~270℃下制备出螺旋纳米碳纤维。通过DSC/TG、SEM、SPM、XRD和Raman对反应产物的分解温度、形貌、物相结构等进行表征。实验结果表明,酒石酸铜的热分解速率对铜催化剂粒径有显著影响,是控制螺旋碳纤维生长形貌的重要工艺参数。结合XRD和Raman光谱分析可知,在270℃时制备的螺旋纳米碳纤维呈现出无序结构,对其进行热处理后,可有效去除一部分铜粒子,产品的石墨化程度也随之升高。 Helical carbon nanofibers are synthesized through chemical vapor deposition method at 250-270℃ by using cupric tartrate as precursor,acetylene as the carbon source and nitrogen as the shielding gas.DSC/TG,SEM,SPM,XRD and Raman spectrum are used to characterize the decomposition temperature,morphology and phase structure of products.The experimental results show that the thermal decomposition speed of cupric tartrate has significant effect on the particle size of copper catalyst,which is an important process parameter to control the growth morphology of helical carbon nanofibers. Combined with XRD and Raman spectra analysis,the helical carbon nanofibers prepared at 270℃demonstrates a disordered structure.After the helical carbon nanofibers being thermally treated,it can effectively remove part of copper particles and the graphitization degree of products also increases.
