摘要
针对甲醇制烯烃工艺在大型工业化装置应用过程中出现的水系统堵塞问题,通过技术改造、利用高温萃取剂及阻垢分散剂洁净方法,使生产过程中水系统操作稳定性、冷换设备堵塞、换热效率低下、设备清污成本高等问题均有了较好的改善。
In view of the blockage problems happened in the water system of methanol to olefins process in large commercial plant,the measurements of technical renovation,using high temperature extractant and cleaning through dirt dispersion agent are employed to improve the operation stability of water system,unblocking of heat exchanger,heat exchange efficiency and cost of cleaning equipment.
