与经济社会发展相适应是职业教育发展的基本规律和客观要求。近几年来,苏州健雄职业技术学院以建设现代职业教育体系为契机,以改革创新为动力,以提高质量、满足需求为目的,结合太仓经济发展,在苏州健雄职业技术学院的招生规模上取得了一定的发展,但与此同时,因为高考生源的逐渐减少,在招生质量上也逐渐趋于以招满为前提的原则,而导致2016年电气专业学生没有一个学生是经过高考录取的。面对生源质量的急剧下降情况,创新电气自动化专业学生就业方向势在必行。
