Application of Optocoupler In Direct-current Motor Drive System

摘要 光耦是一种把发光元件和光敏元件封装于同一壳体中,中间通过电-光-电的转换来传输电信号的半导体光电子器件。为了解决直流电机运行时产生的电流尖峰脉冲量和高频电压毛刺信号对主控电路及驱动电路造成的干扰,设计了基于普通光耦的直流电机驱动控制电路和基于线性光耦的直流电机反馈电流隔离采样电路。并在超临界分析系统的自动背压调节阀的控制中验证了其可行性,在应用中充分体现了光耦器件体积小、响应速度快、隔离效果好和具有较强的抗干扰能力。 Optocoupler is a semiconductor optoelectronic component that encapsulates the light-emitting element and the photosensor in the same shell, transmitting the electrical signal through the conversion of electricity-light-electricity. In order to solve the interference with the main control circuit and driver circuit caused by the current amount of spike pulse and high frequency voltage burr signals while direct-current(dc) motor is running, we design a dc motor drive control circuit based on ordinary optocoupler and a dc motor feedback current isolating sampling circuit based on the linear optocoupler. Besides, its feasibility gets verified in controlling automatic back pressure regulator in supercritical analysis system. Optocoupler component have advantages of mall volume, fast response, good isolation effect and strong anti-jamming ability that can get fully shown in practical applications.
