摘要
伴随国内经济的飞快发展,国内建筑项目工程逐步庞大,周期逐步变长,技术难度较高,涉及到的行业和企业较多。文章首先研究了BIM技术优势,给出BIM技术应用特征,数据模型三维化模式和全局化协调数据模型。并给出BIM技术优点,便捷化和全局电力设计效果,3D技术技术建模和数据共享。进而给出BIM技术的建筑电力设计,研究照明设计运用,BIM技术下的电力建模和施工建筑工程成本研究。最后给出建筑电力设计中的运用研究,全局把控策略和数据重建模式,以及保证设计图纸的可操作性和各环节配合方法。
with the rapid development of the domestic economy, the construction projects in China are gradually large, the cycle is becoming longer, the technology is more difficult, and there are more industries and enterprises involved. In this paper, the advantages of BIM technology are studied in this paper. The application characteristics of BIM technology are given, and the data model and the global coordination data model are presented. And give the advantages of BIM technology, convenient, global power design effect, 3 D technology modeling and data sharing. Furthermore, the design of the building power of BIM technology, the application of lighting design, power modeling and construction cost research of BIM technology are studied. Finally, the paper gives a study on the application of architectural power design, the global control strategy and data reconstruction mode, and the operation and coordination of the design drawings.
