摘要
为了实现1000 MW等级发电机定子的内陆运输,对衔接发电机定子和DQ45型钳夹车的工具端盖和连接螺栓开展了研发设计,并对拧紧力矩进行了分析、计算和试验。通过试验数据与设计计算值的比较分析,验证了计算的正确性。
Abstract： Development and research of the tooling end cover used to connect the generator stator with the DQ45 Schnabel car and connecting bolts were performed, furthermore, tightening torque of the connecting bolts was calculated, analyzed and tested, in order to realize the in- land transportation of 1 000 MW class generator stator. The calculation correctness was confirmed through comparison analysis between designed ＆ calculated value and tested data.
