辛开苦降法治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的临床疗效研究

Clinical observation of the Xinkaikujiang prescriptions in treatment of non-erosive reflux disease

[目的]观察辛开苦降法治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)的临床疗效。[方法]选择2015年1月~2016年12月于我院门诊就诊的NERD患者94例,按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和安慰剂组。治疗组予辛开苦降方免煎剂口服,安慰剂组予中药安慰剂口服,治疗4周后对比2组患者反流症状评分、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分及中医证候评分,评价临床疗效。[结果]治疗后治疗组反流症状评分、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分及中医证候评分均明显高于安慰剂组(P<0.05);治疗组反流症状有效率为87.23%,安慰剂组有效率为44.68%;治疗组明显高于安慰剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率85.11%,安慰剂组总有效率48.94%,治疗组明显高于安慰剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]辛开苦降法能够明显改善NERD患者反流症状及焦虑抑郁情绪,提升患者的生活质量。

[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xinkaikujiang prescriptions in treatment of non-erosive reflux disease.[Methods]94cases of non-erosive reflux disease patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into treatment group and placebo group randomly.The treatment group was treated with the Xinkaikujiang prescriptions and the placebo group was treated with the Chinese medicine placebo.After 4weeks,we compared the reflux symptom scores,anxiety and depression scores,quality of life scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Xinkaikujiang prescriptions.[Results]After treatment,the reflux symptom scores,anxiety and depression scores,quality of life scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than the placebo group（P0.05）.The effective rate of the treatment group（87.23%）was significantly higher than the placebo group（44.68%）on improving the reflux symptoms（P0.05）.The effective rate of the treatment group（85.11%）was significantly higher than the placebo group（48.94%）on improving the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The Xinkaikujiang prescriptions can relieve the reflux symptoms,anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life in patients with non-erosive reflux disease.
