基于真实世界的名中医经验数据挖掘思路初探

The method of mining clinical experience based on real-world data

名中医经验是中医学的知识宝库,传承是使其得以保持的基础,运用现代信息学技术深度挖掘名中医经验在传承中尤为重要。真实世界研究以常规诊疗为基础,可以弥补随机对照实验推广受限的缺陷。本文提出基于真实世界的研究方法,以名中医门诊医案为研究对象,对常规的日常诊疗进行详细记录,通过标准化语句,运用epidata等数据采集方法,进行相关分析、聚类分析等统计方法,探讨名中医的临证策略,包括主症、证候要素、有效方药、用药用量规律、疗效影响因素、方证对应规律、药症对应规律等,诠释名中医临证经验,体现中医治疗的个体化和群体化规律。

Famous TCM doctors＇ experience are our treasure,which was passed by us using modern information technology to learn the depth of excavation those years.Real-world study method is developed by epidemiological studies to monitor adverse drug reactions which can compensate for conventional treatment based on randomized controlled trials to examine the real drug persons.This paper presents a method based on real-world research,based on those cases of famous TCM doctors,including diagnosis and treatment of routine daily detail records through standardized statement,using epidata software as data collection methods,using correlation analysis,cluster analysis and other statistical methods.By discuss the TCM clinical strategies,including primary disease,syndrome elements,effective prescription,dosage of herbs,efficacy factors,in order to expound the individualized treatment rule of traditional Chinese medicine.
