医疗机构临床药品使用管理联合监管模式的探索与思考

Exploration and reflection on the joint supervision mode of clinical drug use management in medical institutions

近年来,医疗机构对于临床药品使用管理不严导致的问题日益严重,临床药品使用管理也是监管部门在医疗机构日常监管中发现的薄弱环节。本文对上海市医疗机构临床药品使用管理联合监管模式探索实践进行阐述,探讨卫生计生监督机构与临床药事质控开展联合监管工作的积极意义和存在的问题,提出利用信息化手段,提升联合监管工作效率的建议。

In recent years, the problems caused by the mismanagement of clinical drug use in medical institutions have become increasingly serious, and the management of clinical drug use is also one of the common prob-lems found by regulatory angencies in medical institutions. This paper esplored the practice of the joint supervision mode of clinical drug use management in Shanghai medical institutions, discussed positive significance and existing problems of the joint supervision of two departments, health and family planning inspecting agency and clinical pharmacology quality control center, and put forward the suggestion of using information technology to improve joint supervision.
