宁波市卫生计生监督员网络课程培训现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Network Training of Health and Family Planning Supervisors in Ningbo City

目的了解当前宁波市卫生计生监督员对监督中心网络平台课程培训开展情况,为提高网络培训质量和效果,提出对策和建议。方法设计了《国家卫生计生监督中心培训平台网络课程培训现状调查问卷》,对宁波市14家卫生监督机构共计220名在编在岗的卫生计生监督员进行问卷调查。结果宁波市卫生计生监督员参加国家卫生计生监督中心培训平台网络课程培训取得较好成效。卫生计生监督员完成网络培训课程情况总体较好,学习态度积极,对课程内容满意度较高,自感帮助较大。但同时也存在缺乏考核,课时量过多,网络平台不稳定等问题。结论建议进一步在网络课程培训制度建设、课程设置、培训体验等方面进行优化,以期更有效开展卫生计生监督员网络培训工作,提高卫生计生监督执法能力。

Objectives To understand the current status of Ningbo health and family planning supervisors＇ network training, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality and effect of network training. Methods：The survey was conducted among the 220 participants from the 14 health and family planning supervision agencies. We designed a questionnaire specific for the courses of Ningbo network training platform. Results Health and family planning supervisors were likely to participate in the network training courses. They kept positive attitude towards the network training and had a high satisfaction. However, there were also lack of assessment, too much time, instability and other issues. Conclusions This study suggested that the network training platform should further optimize the construction of the online course training system, curriculum design and training experience, and perform the network training work of the health care supervisors more effectively and improve the supervisory and law enforcement ability of health education.
