摘要
转台是车载雷达系统的重要部件,其线缆布设水平直接关系到车载雷达的性能。文中以某型车载雷达转台为例,提出了转台三维布线设计方法。首先,分析了转台的结构特点和布线特点,建立了转台三维布线设计流程。然后,从接线关系整理、布线参考模型建立、走线路径预设、网络路径构建、网络路径检查和电缆三维布置等方面详细论述了布线过程。最后,进行了三维线缆标注和干涉检查。从实际应用来看,转台三维布线模型对现场布线工作起到了提升效率的作用。
The turntable is a key component of the vehicle-borne radar. Its cabling level is directly related to vehicle-borne radar performance. Taking the turntable of a vehicle-borne radar as an example, an approach of 3D cabling design of the turntable is proposed in this paper. At first, the characteristics of structure and wiring of the turntable are analyzed and the process of 3D cabling design of the turntable is built. Then, the process of cabling design is discussed in detail from arrangement of wiring relationship, building of reference model, setting of wiring path, building of network path, checking of network path and collocation of 3D wiring. Finally, the 3D annotation and interference checking of the harness are finished. In practice, using the 3D cabling model of turntable can improve the efficiency of wiring work in workshop.
