摘要
双护盾硬岩隧道掘进机(简称双护盾TBM)是一种能够适应复杂地层,并高度集成机、电、液、光、控制以及材料等多学科技术于一体的高端隧道施工装备。推进支撑系统作为双护盾TBM的核心组成部分,是通过电液控制技术来实现的。本文设计了一套双护盾TBM推进支撑液压系统,并对其进行分析和研究。采用该推进支撑液压系统的双护盾TBM在国内某引水工程实际应用表明:该系统能够很好地实现双护盾TBM的推进支撑功能,同时具有良好的操控性能和较高的施工效率。
Double shield hard rock tunnel boring machine (shorted for double shield TBM) is an advanced tunnel construc- tion equipment, it can adapt to complicated geologic conditions and it also integrates multidisciplinary technologies such as mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, optics, cybernetics as well as material science. As one of the core systems of double shield TBM, the thrust and gripper system is realized by electro-hydraulic control technology. A kind of thrust and gripper hydraulic system of double shield TBM was designed in this paper, followed by an analysis and research. The application in a domestic water conveyance tunnel project showed that the designed thrust and gripper hydraulic system of double shield TBM had good performance on function, operation and efficiency for tunnel boring.
