摘要
现浇箱梁施工中预应力施工部分属于重要控制项目,预应力的施工质量直接影响到桥梁上部结构的施工质量、寿命及使用安全。因此采取增加体外预应力措施,提高梁体寿命,确保安全运行。本文对梁体内部箱室内增设预应力进行研究,对体外索施工工艺提出了针对性的要求及导洞创新工艺,确保了工程质量且兼顾了梁体美观,为类似桥梁加固施工提供参考。
The construction of prestress in cast-in-situ box beam is an important process, and its quality could directly af- fect the construction quality, life and safety of the bridge superstructure. Therefore, it is an urgent measure for increasing the external prestressing to improve the life of the beam and ensure the safe operation. By studying the adding external pres- tressing inside the bridge beam, the paper put forward specific requirements and pilot tunnel innovative technology for exter- nal cable construction technology in order to ensure the construction quality and nice appearance of the beam. It could pro- vide the guiding suggestions for the similar construction of adding external prestressing in the bridge reinforcement work.
