摘要
本文针对豫机城际铁路工程线路设计、工程及水文地质特点,全面分析了盾构设备选型情况,重点介绍了超大直径泥水平衡盾构泥水压力控制模式、刀盘刀具、物料运输系统、泥浆环流系统、耐磨性等针对性选型设计,最后介绍了在豫机城际铁路工程的应用,为具有类似工程的盾构机选型设计提供参考依据。
On the basis of routing design, engineering and hydro-geological characteristics of the Henan airport intercity railway project, this article comprehensively analyzes the selection of shield machine type, focusing on the design of slurry pressure control mode, cutter head and cutters, material logistic system, slurry circulation system, wear resistance, etc. Finally, the article introduces general application of the shield machine selection for the project, which could provide a ref- erence for the similar projects in the future.
