摘要
为避免现浇泡沫混凝土施工现场扬尘、废浆污染和人工耗费高的问题,提出一种预拌浆体现浇泡沫混凝土生产施工工艺。研究用预拌浆体生产和施工泡沫混凝土时,气温条件、工艺时长、外加剂减水保塑措施等对浆体性能和泡沫混凝土施工性、产品硬化结构、物理性能的影响,从而确定工艺可行。
In order to avoid some problems such as the dust pollution, waste slurry pollution in the construction site, as well as high artificial costs of the cast-in-place foam concrete, a pre-mixed slurry foam concrete production and construction process was proposed. The impacts on admixture properties and foamed concrete workability, hardened structure and physi- cal properties, caused by temperature conditions, process time, were studied when foamed concrete was manufactured using pre-mixed slurry. The process was proved feasible.
