摘要
目的探讨推拿对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(Cough Variant Asthma,CVA)气道功能及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2012年3月—2017年3月收治的CVA患者160例,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组给予特殊护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医推拿治疗,4周为一疗程,对比两组气道功能、生活质量和免疫功能。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果干预3个月后,观察组气道功能指标呼气流速(PEF)、第1秒用力肺活量(FEV_1)、第1秒率(FEV_1/FVC);小气道功能:最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)、用力呼气流速(FEF)中的排出25%肺活量后用力呼气量(FEF_(25))、排出75%肺活量后用力呼气量(FEF_(75))均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IgA、IgG水平高于对照组,IgE水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论推拿有助于提高小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者气道功能及免疫功能。
Objective To explore the effect of massage combined with special nursing model on airway function, quality of life and immune function of children with cough variant asthma Methods A total of 160 cases with pediatric cough variant asthma collected from March 2012 to March 2017 were divided into observation group and control group (80 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given special care mode for treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage on the basis of the control group with 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The airway func- tion, qualitY of life and immune function were compared between the two groups. Measurement data were analyzed using t test. Enumeration data were analyzed using) Х^2 test. P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results After 3 months' interven- tion, levels of PEF, FEV1, airway function FEV1/FVC, MMEF, FEF25 and FEF75 in the observation group were significantly high- er than the control group (all P〈0.05). Quality of life was significantly increased in the observation group (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, levels of IgA and IgG were significantly higher while IgE level was significantly lower in the observation group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of massage and special nursing model can effectively improve the airway function and immune function of children with cough variant asthma.
