乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制人员职业倦怠与组织忠诚度调查研究 被引量:2

A survey of job burnout and organizational loyalty among practitioners in Urumqi Center for Disease Control and Prevention

摘要 目的了解乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制从业人员职业倦怠、组织忠诚度现况及影响因素。方法选取2017年2—5月乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制从业人员412例,采用自制个人情况调查表、中国职工组织承诺问卷及工作倦怠量表(Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey,MBI-GS)进行调查。计量资料比较采用单因素方差分析,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,职业倦怠影响因素采用多元Logistic回归分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果轻度、中度、高度倦怠的检出率分别为37.38%、53.88%和1.94%。职业倦怠主要与性别、年龄、民族、职称、工作年限、单位性质有关(均P<0.05)。组织忠诚度总得分为(58.29±11.191)分,经济承诺(10.11±3.679)分和机会承诺(8.86±3.426)分较低。结论乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制从业人员的职业倦怠检出率较高,组织忠诚度形势不容乐观。 Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of job burnout and organizational loyalty among practitioners of disease control and prevention in Urumqi Methods A total of 412 cases selected from disease prevention and control practitioners in Urumqi from February to May 2017 were investigated using self-made personal questionnaire, questionnaire on organizational commitment of Chinese employees and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS).Single factor analysis of variance was used to compare measurement data. Enumeration data were analyzed by Z2 test. Multivariate Logistic re- gression was used to analyze the influencing factors of job burnout. P〈0.05 was considered statistically Significant. Results The detection rates of mild, moderate and high burnout were 37.38%, 53.88% and 1.94% respectively. Job burnout was mainly related to sex, age, nationality, professional title, working years and unit property (all P〈0.05). The total score of organizational loyalty [(58.29± 11.191) points], economic commitment [(10.11 ~3.679) points] and opportunity commitment [(8.86 ±3.426) points] were lower.Conclusions The prevalence rate of job burnout among the practitioners in Urumqi Disease Control and Prevention is high. The situation of organizational loyalty is not optimistic.
