达英35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症促排卵效果观察

Ovulation stimulating effect of Diane 35 and Metformin in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨达英35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症的效果。方法选取多囊卵巢综合症患者226例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各113例。对照组给予达英35治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗,对比两组腰臀比、体重指数、月经及卵巢改善情况、排卵率以及妊娠率。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组腰臀比、体重指数[(0.77±0.08)、(23.97±1.05)kg/m^2]较对照组[(0.86±0.07)、(25.88±1.46)kg/m^2]低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组在月经及卵巢改善方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排卵率及妊娠率[86.73%、77.88%]高于对照组[62.83%、56.64%],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论达英35联合二甲双胍能降低多囊卵巢综合症患者的腰臀比、体重指数,改善月经及卵巢情况,提高排卵率和妊娠率。

Objective To explore the ovulation stimulating effect of Diane 35 and Metformin in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome Methods A total of 226 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome was divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. All the 113 cases in control group were given Diane 35, cases in observation group were treated with Diane 35 combined with Metformin. Waist-to-hip ratio, BMI, menstrual＇ ovarian improvement, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups were compared. Measurement data were compared by t test and enumeration data were compared by,test.Results Waist-to-hip ratio and BMI of the observation group [（0.77±0.08）, （23.97±1.05）] were lower than that of the control group [（0.86±0.07）, （25.88±1.46）]. Greater improvement of menstruation and ovary was found in the observation group, comparing with the control group. The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of observation group [86.73%, 77.88%] were higher than that inthe control group [62.83%, 56,64%]. Differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Diane 35 combined with MetfQrmin can reduce the Waist-to-hip ratio and BMI of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, improve the condition of menstruation and ovary and improve ovulation rate as well as pregnancy rate.
