价值链视角下专利运营问题研究

Research on Patent Operation from the Perspective of Value Chain

随着世界科技进步日新月异,知识经济迅猛发展,经济全球化步伐明显加快,专利运营问题已经成为国际经济和企业竞争的一个焦点,并在经济社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文主要从价值链理论视角下企业专利运营价值链的关键活动的五个过程,从专利创意质量较低、专利权利人维权意识淡薄、专利价值评估困难、专利交易并未有效开展和专利运营服务平台的缺失等五个方面来分析我国专利运营中存在的问题。

With the rapid progress in science and technology, the rapid development of knowledge economy, speeding up the pace of economic globalization, patent operation has become a focus of the international economy and enterprise competition, and in the economic and social development plays a more and more important role. Enterprise patent operation under this article mainly from the perspective of value chain theory of the value chain of the five processes of key activities to discuss, and from five aspects such as patent ideas with low quality, the holder of the patent rights protection consciousness, the patent value evaluation difficulties, patent transactions did not effectively and the lack of patent operation service platform to analyze the problems existing in the patent operation in our country.
