基于专利角度的战略性新兴产业发展现状分析——以桂林市为例

The Analysis of Development Present Situation of Strategic Emerging Industries Based on Patent Perspective

战略性新兴产业对经济社会全局和长远发展具有重大的引领带动作用,充分了解产业的发展现状是制定发展规划和决策的前提。本文以桂林市为例,CNIPR专利信息数据库作为数据检索来源,从申请量趋势、专利构成和申请人类型等方面对桂林市战略性新兴产业专利进行分析。总结出桂林市战略性新兴产业发展现状的特点,并就科技成果转化、创新活力驱动以及专利数据服务等方面的改革提出建议,研究结果可为类似中小型非工业强市战略性新兴产业的改革决策提供参考。

Strategic emerging industries play a major leading role in the overall and long-term development of the economy and society. To fully understand the current situation of these industries is the prerequisite for formulating development plans and making decisions. Taking Guilin as a case, this paper analyzes the patent of strategic emerging industries based on the CNIPR database from the following aspects： patent application trend, patent structure of the five industries and applicant type. This paper sums up the characteristics of the development present situations of strategic emerging industries in Guilin. It also puts forward suggestions on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, innovation drive and patent data service. The research results can provide reference for the reform of strategic emerging industries similar to small and medium-sized non industrial cities.
